Midnight Coffee Club was an idea sparked by two guys who—combined—might have the computing power of a single person. What we do have, in abundance, is a shared love for coffee.

We were always up late, each for our own reasons, running on caffeine and chasing whatever mission had us wired at 2 a.m. That’s when we realized: after 8 p.m., there was nowhere to get a good cup of coffee. Our only option was to make it ourselves—but we weren’t about to settle for beans that had been sitting on a shelf for months.

So we started roasting our own.

What began as a late-night necessity turned into a pursuit of quality in every cup—a caffeine kick for night owls, code writers, deep thinkers, 2nd shifters, 3rd shifters, and everyone else burning the midnight oil.
